The wax is cut and getting set up to cast in 14K white gold
Pouring investment into the flasks making sure to cover the wax model inside.
Baking the flasks in order to melt the wax out, leaving a "void", so that metal (silver or gold) can be forced back in.
Spinning the metal with great force back into the void left in the investment.
Now, we need to clean the investment off the gold sea turtle.
Rough casting ready to clean, polish and set gems.
Hard putty holds the sea turtle steady while setting gems.
